At the heart of the Pocket Ninja experience is an **NFT-based platform** that combines gaming, decentralized IP ownership, and entertainment. Here’s how it works:

1. **Play the Game**\
   Dive into NinjaChess to build, customize, and level up your own unique ninja characters.
2. **Mint Your Ninja**\
   When your character is ready, you can mint it as an NFT—making it an official member of the Pocket Ninja pool.
3. **Unlimited Expansion & Royalties**\
   Ninjas from this pool can be chosen for new expansions—**merchandise, additional games, manga, anime, plush toys, stickers**, and more. If your minted ninja is featured (for example, on a hoodie or in a new game), you earn a portion of the resulting revenue. You can claim these royalties as the NFT owner—or if you decide to sell your NFT, the new owner can claim any future royalties instead.

Through this model, **everyone in the community** shares in the creative evolution of these adorable pocket ninjas while **benefiting from decentralized ownership**.
